Rental terms
Bins remain the property of The Moving Bins Co. and are rented by the week. The rental period starts on the delivery date you choose and ends on the collection date shown in your confirmation. You're responsible for the bins while they're with you, up to the replacement costs listed on the damage policy page.
What we won't carry
Bins are for household and office goods. Not for hazardous, flammable or perishable items, and not for anything that leaks. If a bin comes back contaminated we'll replace it at cost and tell you why. [CHECK]
Payment
Nothing is charged when you request a date. Payment is taken on delivery. Extra weeks and extra bins are billed when you ask for them. [CHECK] confirm methods accepted
Liability
We deliver and collect bins; we don't pack, load or move your belongings. We're not liable for the contents of the bins. Where we're late or miss a collection, the remedy is the free week set out in the damage and late policy. [CHECK]
Privacy
We collect only what a delivery needs: name, phone, email and the addresses involved. We use it to schedule and confirm your booking, and we don't sell it or pass it to anyone beyond the people driving the van. Ask us at hello@themovingbinsco.com and we'll delete your details once your rental is closed.
Cookies
The site keeps your in-progress booking in your browser so you don't lose it on refresh. No advertising trackers. [CHECK] confirm if analytics added
